«United Confectioners»

The brands "Alenka", "Babaevsky", "Red October", and "Rot Front" in China. Under my leadership, the Trading House "OK" in China doubled the company's product sales in China in 2023-2024. I brought the company to net profit.

Alenka Cafe-Shop

Opened the first Alenka cafe-shop on the territory of the "Made in Russia" pavilion of the Russian Export Center in Harbin.

Rapid growth in all directions

Increased the number of points of sale where the company's products are sold from 25,710 to 37,060 points of sale. Increased the number of distributor partners of the company. Negotiated price increases in 29 retail chains, and 18 of them switched to the new pricing model. Negotiations were held with 48 Chinese KI manufacturers, and a pool of potential partners was selected for product localization.

Investment Attraction

In 2024, organized and conducted negotiations with the leadership of 17 regional governments. As a result, agreements were reached on the construction of an enterprise in local Special Economic Zones with varying degrees of Chinese investment. A Chinese investor was attracted to a project to create infrastructure for a new district as part of the Russian Federation's regional development program.
